This should be very big news in northern Idaho and even Boise tomorrow morning: One of Joseph Duncan's attorneys was arrested early Sunday morning for DUI and drug possession. Probably translates into delay in the legal proceedings. God, I'm glad I am not involved in any way with that jury pool!/James Bond. Question: How will this arrest affect the Duncan sentencing proceedings?
