KT and I went to the cliff tops again - it's one of our favourite places anyway and as dedicated people watchers we thought it'd be fun to see who was about. In today's edition of "The Note," ABC News' Rick Klein wrote that "By one (rightly disputed) metric -- the popular vote, including Florida and Michigan -- Clinton has pulled ahead of Obama. A spate of bad news about its 787 Dreamliner and its proposal for a new Air Force tanker haven't even scratched Boeing Co.'s stellar earnings, the company said this morning. Earnings per share grew by 43 percent for the first quarter over the same period last year. Operating margins were up 2.8 percentage points to 11.3 percent and cash flow increased by 166 percent to $1.933 billion. That performance easily surpassed analysts' estimates.
